By submitting a medical event or congress for listing on our Medical Education Network channel, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Event Submission and Approval

All submissions must be for medical events or congresses only. Non-medical events will not be accepted. All submissions are subject to review and approval by our team. We reserve the right to refuse any submission at our sole discretion, without any obligation to provide a reason for rejection. Submitting a medical event or congress does not guarantee its listing on our platform. Event listings are published at our discretion, and we are not liable for any delays or omissions in posting.

Content Accuracy and Responsibility

The person or entity submitting the event (the “Submitter”) is fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. We will not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the listing. It is the Submitter’s responsibility to verify all details prior to submission.

Event Modifications and Removal

We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any medical event or congress listing at any time, without notice, and at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where details are found to be inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate for our audience. In the case of a listing error (whether it’s a date, time, venue, or any other aspect of the event), we are not responsible for correcting such mistakes. The Submitter is responsible for ensuring all information is accurate before submission.

Promotion and Visibility

We retain the right to determine where and how your medical event or congress will be promoted on our platform and on any related channels or partner platforms. This includes decisions on placement, duration, and format of the promotion. We do not guarantee that your event will be seen by a specific audience, reach a certain number of viewers, or generate any particular level of engagement. The visibility and reach of your event depend on various factors outside of our control.

Event Listing Duration

We do not guarantee any specific duration for which a medical event or congress will remain listed on our channel. We reserve the right to remove or modify event listings at any time.

Content Ownership and Copyright

By submitting a medical event or congress, you confirm that you have the right to use all content (text, images, logos, etc.) submitted as part of the listing. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content for the purpose of promoting the event on our platform. We are not liable for any copyright infringement issues arising from content submitted by the Submitter.

Indemnity

The Submitter agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the submission or publication of the medical event or congress listing.

We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. By submitting an event, you agree to be bound by the latest version of these terms and conditions.
