Thank you for reading the Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) of iCognition t/a VisualLive CK 1999/051172/23 (“VisualLive)”). VisualLive’s eLecture Platform Service primarily consists of the VLearn eLecture platform and related services such as system related emails. |

The Medical Education Network ( MedED) resides on the eLecture platform and is wholly owned by VisualLive |

By accessing this website, or by contracting with us for The Medical Education Network (MedED)’s eLecture Platform Service (“service”), you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by this policy and the terms and conditions it contains, as well as any other additional terms, conditions, rules or policies which are displayed to you in connection with this service/website. |

The Medical Education Network (MedED) does not always pre-screen or monitor the content posted by users of communications services, chat rooms, message boards, newsgroups, software libraries, or other interactive services that may be available on or through this site. |

The Medical Education Network (MedED) and its agents have the right at their sole discretion to remove any content that, in The Medical Education Network’s judgment, does not comply with the this AUP or is otherwise harmful, objectionable, or inaccurate within a reasonable time. |
