All our presentations have rotational power points. If you do not see the power points changing please click on Shift F12 to activate the slide change.
If you have clicked to enlarge the video, you may not see the slides that accompany the presentation. In order to view both the VIDEO and SLIDES together, you will need to click 'ESC' on your PC.

Yes you can. The iPad version of the video often takes a few minutes to download. The arrow will only display once the video has downloaded. Please click on the arrow in the video player to commence the video.
If you are viewing these events through a company network video viewing may be blocked by your network. Please contact your company network provider or contact us directly to see how we can assist you.
All users are required to complete a registration form. Once registration is complete a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Once you click on the link that is indicated in that email, you will be re-directed back to the eLearning channel and be able to login using the email address and the password you created at time of registration. Please keep your login details confidential.
There is a Forgot your login details link under the Log-on section and complete the required fields.An email will be emailed to your account. On clicking on that email you will be redirected to the site and can fill in your new details on the page.
Your browser or email program may be blocking your link. You may need to cut and paste the full URL into the address field of your Web Browser. If you are not able to do so, please contact the system administrator.

Network congestion can occur at any time due to the following problems:
If you are connecting to the Internet through a modem
Verify that your speakers are plugged into the power outlet, turned on and up, and connected to the audio port of the computer. If you still cannot hear any audio, check your system volume settings and the volume on the media player. Link to screen grab showing just the volume section

If you move the scroll bar on the video player backwards and forwards, please wait a few moments for the power point presentation to catch us as the slides are synchronized with the event and will flip with the next timed marker in the presentation.
